Agree with the other reviews. Steve is knowledgeable, nice, and competitively priced. He won’t band-aid.a problem but also won’t push to try to sell a new unit. Have been very happy using him for the last two years since my previous service company relocated. Creative Air was referred to me by previous AC company that moved out of state.  Steven not only took care of my mom's AC  but within days ours went out.  Two calls and both had someone on site within 30 minutes.  This is crucial to me because I'm board dogs and I cannot have someone's beloved pets in my care and overheat because my AC goes out.  When was the last time you called a repair technician that didn't give you a 3-4 hour window?  Another company told me 2 day wait. My daughter referred me to Steve. He was here fast. Found the problem that I was charged $451 for 2 days before. Thank God there are a few honest people round to help us old folks. If you have to return something and the USPS looses it you have no way to communicate with Amazon when they tell you that it didn’t get returned and you are being charged. Happened to me. Unfair. If you return something via any channel, get a receipt!!

Fast service, caring good old fashion customer service. Excellent people skills. When I called and said my air wasn’t working Steven came out same day. Cool soon thereafter. Fast, skilled service would highly recommend. I believe he will continue to maintain my air conditioner so it will last along time. The following will sound very cliche: Needed a mini split (which was gifted to me) installed in an enclosed patio. Called several services and either cost for services were  overpriced or no one wanted to installed it since they were not providing the equipment. Steve was the only one who, (1) did not have an issue with me providing said equipment. (2) Was at minimum $300 less that other quotes. (3) Always responded in a very timely manner to my queries. (4) Very neat and positive throughout the process. I do trust him and have a standing arrangement for him to service the central AC.
